These Terms of Service govern your use of www.champselyseeswatch.com, operated by Champs Elysées S.A. (Rue du Bassin 14, 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland, CHE-428.280.446 MWST).
Eligibility By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Orders & pricing All prices are displayed in CHF and include applicable Swiss VAT. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing.
Payment Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout.
Shipping Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Customs & import duties For orders shipped outside Switzerland, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Champs Elysées S.A. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Product warranty All timepieces sold by Champs Elysées S.A. are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, commencing from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted to info@champselysees.ch with proof of purchase. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under Swiss law.
Intellectual property All content on this site — including images, text, and design — is the property of Champs Elysées S.A. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Force majeure Champs Elysées S.A. shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Champs Elysées S.A. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products purchased.
Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Governing law These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Neuchâtel.
