RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Champs Elysées S.A., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns You have 14 calendar days from the date the package is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Champs Elysées S.A. reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing components. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exceptions Customised or engraved items cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Disputes Any disputes arising from returns or refunds shall be governed by Swiss law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Neuchâtel.
