Champs Élysées Presents Its New Collection at Watch and Match Geneva
From October 1–3, 2026, Champs Élysées participated in Watch and Match Geneva at Balexert. The event marked the first public presentation of the new Champs Élysées collection in Geneva, bringing the watches into a setting where visitors could discover them in person and speak directly with the brand.
For an independent Swiss watch maison, this encounter offered something distinct from a presentation through photographs or specifications: the opportunity to place the collection in people’s hands and listen to their responses.
A more accessible encounter with watchmaking
Watch and Match brings watch brands together with collectors, enthusiasts and members of the wider public. Its setting creates a more accessible environment for discovering watches, with room for both detailed discussions and a first introduction to a brand.
At Balexert, this approach allowed Champs Élysées to present its new collection beyond a strictly industry-focused audience. Visitors could approach the watches with different levels of familiarity, ask questions and form their own impressions through a direct encounter.
Unlike events centered primarily on professional or business-to-business exchanges, the objective here was to meet potential customers. Participation was about making the watches available to handle, compare and experience physically, rather than limiting their introduction to images or conversations within the trade.
Experiencing the collection in person
The Estelle collection lends itself particularly well to this kind of presentation. Its stone and decorative dials invite close observation, revealing differences in color, texture and appearance as the light changes.
A photograph records a dial under a particular set of conditions. Holding the watch and changing its angle offers another understanding of the material. Colors can appear different, textures become more apparent, and the relationship between the dial, case and strap can be considered as a whole.
Seeing the references alongside one another also makes comparison more immediate. Visitors could look beyond an initial preference for a color or material and consider how each watch felt on the wrist, how its proportions appeared in person and how a strap changed the overall impression.
These practical encounters were central to the decision to participate. A watch is an object worn and used, and its physical presence remains an important part of understanding it. The Geneva presentation provided a setting for that experience without requiring visitors to begin with a purchase decision.
Listening as the new chapter develops
The event also gave Champs Élysées useful direct feedback. Conversations covered dials and straps, movements and design, pricing and general customer reactions. Hearing these subjects discussed face to face provided a more immediate view of how people encountered the collection and what they wanted to understand about it.
For the brand, listening was as important as presenting. Questions and comparisons offered a practical perspective on the watches, complementing the work that had gone into developing and introducing the collection.
Champs Élysées thanks everyone who visited, took time to discover the watches and shared their impressions, as well as the Watch and Match team for organizing the event. This first public presentation of the new collection in Geneva represents another step in the new chapter of Champs Élysées, built through the watches themselves and the conversations they make possible.
